ONE sample = 1 Mortar Analysis Test.
A mortar analysis provides information on the breakdown of materials and mix ratios so the client can re-create a similar, compatible mixture to what was originally used in the construction.
Take a sample of the existing mortar. A minimum sample size of 400g is needed (if a colour match is also needed, an additional 200g sample is required).
If more than one sample is needed, please label accordingly.
Each sample MUST have job name, site location, sample location, sample number, date of sample taken (as seen in photo). Please enclose a business card or letterhead for identification.
Fee applies for each INDIVIDUAL sample.
Testing can take up to 2 weeks before results are available. Results will be given via telephone and email.
